Last month, Facebook ad expert and Austin-based agency owner Curt Maly shared a live training with our private member community (FATC) sharing strategies to drive ad performance up.

 

If you’re not familiar with Curt, you should be!

In 2005 the man received a Cease and Desist letter from Facebook and was in turn sued by the company (for sharing advice given from a rep!).  He stuck it through and fought to the end and was reinstated access in 2008 at which stage he joined his brother’s agency Steve Maly and has since been teaching and speaking on stages across the world.

Curt in Facebook Purgatory?

But perhaps bigger than the temporary Facebook purgatory, Curt is most well known for his infamous Facebook ad strategy coined the BELT Method.

It’s an online marketing strategy that delivers leads, sales, and results. It’s suitable for all digital marketing campaigns, from eCommerce websites looking to increase sales, to lead generation websites that want more qualified leads.

In his live training, Curt explains how this method is used to:

  1. Differentiate between top and middle of funnel 
  2. The 28 hot audiences to be speaking to in your retargeting to ensure you’re not leaving any money on the table
